Refund policy

At BLK + HOME, we take pride in offering custom, made-on-demand products. Because every item is made specifically for you, we follow a strict refund policy aligned with our fulfillment partner’s standards.

🛠️ Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost if the issue was due to our error.

🚚 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.

🚫 Returns & Buyer’s Remorse

Because all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size, style, or color. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the order may be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs after updating the correct address.

🧼 Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for sealed items like face masks or similar accessories.

📦 Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us first before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns are sent to our production partner's fulfillment center and may be donated to charity after 30 days if unclaimed.
