At BLK + HOME, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

For packages lost during shipping, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

🔁 Returns & Shipping Issues

If the shipping address provided is insufficient or incorrect and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once the updated address is confirmed.

Orders that are not claimed and are returned will be subject to reshipment fees. Unclaimed items may be donated after 30 days.
